读书报告范文：

这个暑，我读了一本书叫老人与海。

这本书主要讲述了一位老人常年独安闲海上打鱼。有一次他掉到了一条大鱼，但是在返回的路上碰到了成群的鲨鱼。老人使出浑身解数和鲨鱼搏斗，鲨鱼把能吃的肉都吃完了。结果老人拖回去的只是一副大鱼骨架。

在生活中，我们遇到了困难，也许会迎难而上；但也会畏难止步。比如说张海迪阿姨，她小时候双脚就已经残废，但是她并没有向挫折屈服，而是以积极、乐观、自信的态度去挑战挫折。她每天把词语贴在床头、墙壁上、厨房……经过张海迪阿姨的不懈努力，她终于战胜了挫折，而且还获得了荣誉，为祖国做出了自己的贡献。

鲁迅先生曾经说过：“伟大的胸怀，应该表现出这样的气概—用笑脸迎接悲惨的命运，用自信的勇气来应付自己的不幸。”是啊！当我们遇到厄运和不幸时，与其埋怨命运的不公，还不如鼓起勇气，振作精神，以刚毅的态度与厄运抗争。

老人不也是这样的吗？老人没有被任何困难压倒，他尽自己的努力与生活中的磨难做不屈不挠的斗争。老人也说过一生令我最难忘的话：“一个人并不是生来就要给打败的，你可以消灭他，却不能打败他。”

当你遇到困难时，你一定不要被挫折压倒啊！一个人的一生中不可能没有失败，但我们如果能够从失败中获取有益的经验，发现成功的曙光，把失败看成是同乡成功的必经之路。那才是从失败中获取的的收获。
